Hey Melinda, 

I have been doing so much reflecting and having so much gratitude for the work we have done together.

I know that next month marks our formal end to the "Behaviour Change" program. I hope you'd agree that the goals I set out to accomplish I met, and then some. I think about the ways I celebrate these accomplishments everyday by honouring the wonderful things my body does for me with good food and exciting, rewarding movement.

The non-scale victories were truly my biggest accomplishment. I still catch myself restricting... but I react differently to that now. I can call out the behaviour for what it is, and reflect on what is going on and take steps to move forward. 

For curiosity sake - I weighed myself. 192 lbs this morning. From a starting weight of around 225lb + Though only one measure of change - a substantial one, to be sure.

Thanks, Melinda - the journey so far has brought me hope, and reconnected me to my life in so many ways that I'd forgotten about. My hair is better, teeth, nails, skin and most notably and maybe even a shock to me... libido!?!? BONUS!
